Between everyday stresses, responsibilites, and living with Meniere's Diseae (along with a couple more chronic conditions), I realisesd my body had been whispering at me for a long time...and I hadn't been listening. Eventually, I reached a point where I knew something had to change.

So this is my new beginning - a deliberate choice to create a softer, steadier life. I'm starting this journey in real time, and I'm bringing you along with me.

My background
I'm a qualified nutritional therapist, and I've spent years studying how the body responds to stress, food, movement, creativity, and lifestyle. The more I learned, the more I realised that everything comes back to one core thing:
a regulated, supported nervous system.

That understanding completely reshaped how I live - what I eat, how I rest, how I move, how I create, and how I simplify my days.
